Lounge has a sign. Need to take elevator to floor 3 to access.
Seating:
Plenty of seating in the small lounge. Some desks for getting work done. Bar seating was missing due to pandemic.
There is a small area of larger seats that is quieter as well.
Power outlets around most seats with USB.
Food:
Soups and snacks available. Had to be served by staff. Plenty of variety for everyone.
I had the very good shrimp and corn chowder and some cookies.
Drink:
Full complimentary bar service. Bar had beer, wine, and liquor. Soft drinks and coffee were self serve.
I had a Sprite.
Wifi:
Free WiFi in the lounge. Worked well during visit.
Restrooms:
Modern and clean. Well kept by staff during visit. All are single stalls and unisex
Shower:
Shower is available in a single shower suite. Did not use during visit.
Overview:
The Club at MSY is a small lounge but well appointed. Plenty of power outlets, good food options, and a full bar make it great for pre-flight resting in a quiet area.
Staff were very friendly and cleaning regularly. Will be even better once food options are brought back to normal.
The lounge was not overly busy during the visit. It made for a quiet and relaxed environment.
