Location: just beyond C gates security checkpoint in Terminal 1
Seating:
Varied seating options included the bar, lingers, dining style tables, and work desks. Plenty of available seats during my visit and surprisingly quiet! All seating except dining tables had power and USB outlets available.
Food:
Food and snack options were better than other Sky Clubs I have visited. They had flat bread pizza, turkey sandwiches, and build your own Thai curry soup with boiled egg and shrimp. They also had the standard Skyclub snacks, salads, and cookies.
Drink:
This location had both complimentary limited offerings with the fancier spirits, wines, and beers for payment with credit card or Skymiles. The complimentary options are good enough for me!

Wifi:
The free WiFi was fast and reliable throughout the lounge. Lots of signs posted around with the password.
Restrooms:
Modern and well kept rest rooms in the back of the club.
Shower:
Showers were available and complimentary.
Overview:
SFO has one of the best Sky Clubs as far as food options are concerned. Otherwise the food and drink are up to the relatively high Delta standard for domestic lounges. Highly recommend!
