American Express Centurion Lounge Review LGA LaGuardia Airport Terminal B

Access method: American Express Platinum Card

Date of Visit: November 3, 2019

Time of day: 7:00PM

Location: Terminal B, 3rd floor, outside security

Seating: plenty of comfortable seating for a smaller lounge. Lots of tables and soft benches around the lounge.

Food:

Food quality was very good on this visit. Roasted squash with Parmesan cheese, Bok choy, basmati rice, and roasted chicken on the hot bar. Cold full salad bar also available. Brownies and cookies for dessert.

I sampled them all and everything was quite good. Much better than Terminal fast food outlets. Food is complimentary in Centurion lounges.

Drink:

Extensive full bar, cocktail list, wine list, beer, soft drinks, juices, water, coffee and tea. All are complimentary.

I had a Botanist fun and tonic and water.

Wifi:

Free and fast WiFi available throughout the lounge. I was able to work easily for a while.

Restrooms:

Small but well kept. 2 stalls with upscale hand soap, lotion, warm water facets, and fancy disposable hand towels.

Shower:

No showers available in this lounge.

Overview:

Centurion lounges are built to be upscale and live up to it. They generally have good food, great drinks, great staff, and good WiFi. The LGA location lives up to the standard. I have been here many times and always had good experiences.
