Padding just a little on the hard side and worn. Adequate for a 1 hour flight.
Recline:
Recline was almost nonexistent. Seat only went back a couple of inches. OK for a short flight but would not be good long haul.
Pitch:
Pitch is good with over 3 inches from my knee to the seat in front of me.
The living space is 30 inches from seat back to seat in front.

Payment method reasoning: I don’t chase airline status. This was a cheap flight that fit my schedule. No good options using points. Used my Chase Sapphire Reserve annual travel credit to wipe off the charge.
Boarding:
We boarded through a bus gate. Given that it was efficient and relatively quick. Flight attendants proactive in helping stow bags and keep the line moving. That said boarding was still slower than normal.
Flight attendant did stop by to confirm the special meal request my seat mate made.
Departure was delayed to seemingly late catering. No announcement was made about the delay.
Service:
As soon as the seat belt sign went off the flight attendants started meal and drink combined service. Special meals were delivered first.
After meal service they offered on board duty free shopping.
All service was quick and efficient. The crew was very polite and friendly throughout the flight.

Food:
No menu offered. My meal was a shrimp and rice dish that was a bit spicy. The shrimp were good and the rice ok. The fruit was not very fresh and I did not finish it.
The meal was included in the ticket. Overall it was just OK. I would recommend eating before flight if it is during meal time. Everyone got the same meal unless a special request was made at booking.
Drinks:
Coffee, tea, juice, and Coke products. Beer and wine also offered. Everything was free of charge.
I had a Coke and the water that came with the meal.
Coffee and tea were offered separately after meal service was complete.

Would I fly again?
Yes! Friendly service and a cheap price always make for a good flight. Meal and checked bag included is a nice bonus versus the low cost airlines.
Pros:
Good leg room, meal and checked bag included, and affordable price. Service was friendly and good throughout the flight.
Cons:
Worn interior, almost no recline, and seemingly slow boarding process were drawbacks on this flight. Lavatory looked rough and has seen better days.
